Details
On December 17 in Kryvyi Rih, employees of the National Police of Ukraine detained a man who was wanted as a violator of military registration rules. Employees of the TRC and SP immediately arrived at the scene, who confirmed that this citizen is indeed wanted and directly violates the requirements of the legislation.
"The said citizen refused to voluntarily come to the TRC and SP. Instead, he began to actively resist physically the employees of the National Police and military personnel", - it is stated in the post of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional TRC and SP on Facebook.
As emphasized in the TRC, during the detention, passers-by began to interfere in the situation, trying to prevent the authorities from performing their duties. This is what ended up in the videos that are now spreading on social networks.
"Part of this conflict situation is contained in the videos published on social networks, which are accompanied by inadequate and provocative headlines and comments that do not correspond to the real situation", - the post says.
The detainee was taken to the TRC and SP, where a protocol on an administrative offense provided for by the Code of Ukraine was drawn up against him.
Also, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional TRC and SP emphasized that in case of another video about "abuse" and "violation of rights" by the TRC and SP on the network - it is necessary to check the sources and completeness of information and not to trust "dumps" that are either elements of enemy propaganda themselves, or are used by it for information and psychological influence.
Recall
In Volyn, there was a high-profile scandal with the TRC. The ombudsman's representative filed a statement due to the refusal of TRC employees to provide access to a man who was allegedly beaten and forcibly taken to the center. The man was taken to a military unit without the possibility of communicating with the ombudsman's representative.
