In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, countries promised measures to to cut global greenhouse gas emissions by almost half in seven years to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 degrees Fahrenheit) compared to pre-industrial times. But the marchers in Brussels complained, that Europe is not doing enough or fast enough.
