Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Benjamin Netanyahu reached an agreement after speaking with the US President, Trump wrote on Truth Social.
The ceasefire will take effect at midnight.
US Vice President J.D. Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will now work with the two countries "to achieve a lasting peace," Trump said.
Trump then reiterated his often-used phrase that he had ended nine wars, and that this would be his tenth.
