The U.S. House of Representatives publishes bills to allocate $61 billion in aid to Ukraine, including $23 billion to replenish U.S. arsenals.

The U.S. House of Representatives has published the text  of three bills that will finance the national security interests of America and its allies in Israel, the Indo-Pacific region and Ukraine, UNN reports.

The draft law on assistance to Ukraine requires the US president to provide ATACMS missiles.

The draft law also provides, in particular:

  • Allocation of $61 billion, including $23 billion to replenish the US arsenal;
  • Assistance is planned to be provided on a credit basis;
  • Assets of the Russian Federation are supposed to be confiscated to cover these costs;
  • The United States should help Ukraine with its further strategy within 45 days.
