The 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelia" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is coming under the operational command of the 1st "Azov" Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine. At the same time, the regiment is not becoming part of the corps' structure.

The 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelia" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is being transferred under the operational command of the 1st "Azov" Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine. This was reported by Oleksii Bratushchak, head of the communications section of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelia," UNN reports, citing journalist and serviceman Yurii Butusov.
Details
As of now, we are carrying out a combat order under the operational command of the "Azov" Corps. Not all of our units have yet been transferred under the operational command of this corps, but we understand that those units carrying out missions in various areas of the front will probably unite to carry out this single combat order. At the same time, we are not part of the structure of the "Azov" Corps, but operational command will be exercised by the "Azov" Corps

UNN also reported that the commander of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment "Skelia," Lieutenant Colonel Yurii Harkavyi, was suspended from performing his duties for the duration of the investigation.
