Government has expanded the categories for submitting applications to the Register of Damages from Aggression

The Cabinet of Ministers has added new categories for submitting applications to the Register of Losses through the e-services portal. IDPs and relatives of the dead and missing can now submit applications.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded the list of categories for which applications can be submitted to the Register of Damages Caused by Russian Aggression through the Unified Electronic Services Portal. This was announced by the government's representative in parliament, Taras Melnychuk, on Telegram, UNN reports.

"A new version of the Procedure for submitting applications for compensation for losses, damages or damage caused by the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine to the Register of Damages Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services has been set out," Melnychuk wrote.

According to him, the categories under which applications can be submitted to the Register of Damages Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine through the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services have been expanded, namely the following categories:

  • internally displaced persons; 
  • deceased close family members; 
  • disappearance of a close family member.

Addendum

On April 2, 2024, the International Register of Losses was officially opened for submission.

Through the application "Action", you can submit an application to the International Register of Damages, which will become the basis for compensation for damage from Russian aggression.
