The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine presented state awards to soldiers of the Airborne Assault Forces, Marines, Mechanized Brigade and TPO in the Sumy region. He noted their contribution to the defense of Ukraine in the Kursk and Sumy regions.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, while working in the Sumy region, presented state awards and insignia of the Commander-in-Chief to the best soldiers of the brigades of the Airborne Assault Troops, the Marine Corps, a separate mechanized brigade, a TPO brigade, and other units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Syrskyi noted that the Orders of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi, "For Courage", medals "For Military Service to Ukraine", badges "Cross of the Brave", "Steel Cross", "Silver Cross", "Golden Cross", "Cross of Military Honor" - this is recognition of the hardening of each soldier and the contribution of their brigades to the protection of Ukraine.
In a conversation with servicemen, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces summed up some intermediate results of the ongoing operations.
He thanked them for their contribution to deterring the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, resilience, courage and heroism shown in the Kursk region and during the defense of the Sumy region. Ukraine is proud of its heroes and will definitely win
