Earlier, 18 people were reported injured, including a three-month-old baby. Five of the victims were hospitalized.

The impact caused significant damage: three floors of the building were partially destroyed, neighboring buildings were damaged, and a fire broke out. Rescuers continue to work at the scene to help the victims and clear the rubble.
