President Zelenskyy reported that former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and General Andrii Hnatov will continue to be involved in the army's work. They will pass on their experience to the new leadership and participate in decision-making.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and General Andrii Hnatov will continue to be involved in the army's work. The head of state reported this on Thursday, July 23, during a joint meeting with Prime Minister of Ireland Micheál Martin, writes UNN.

As the President noted, they should assist the new leadership by passing on their experience and participating in the decision-making process.
Zelenskyy emphasized that it is important to preserve the accumulated experience of Syrskyi and Hnatov and ensure their interaction with the new command.
We understand everything, so we will do it in such a way that both Oleksandr Stanislavovych and Andrii Hnatov do not rest, but pass on their voices to the new command, to be nearby, help, advise
The President also added that he has already had several conversations with Syrskyi and Hnatov.
Reminder
On the evening of July 21, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Syrskyi is leaving his post, and the new Commander-in-Chief will be the commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mykhailo Drapatyi.
