Russian occupants shelled 11 border communities in Sumy region 39 times, causing 265 explosions.

Russian invaders fired 39 times at the border settlements of Sumy region. A total of 265 explosions occurred in the region. Residents of 11 communities came under enemy fire. This is stated in the evening report of the Sumy Regional Military Administration on the situation in the region, UNN reports.

During the day, Russians fired 39 times at the border areas and settlements of Sumy region. 265 explosions were recorded. Yunakivska, Bilopilska, Miropilska, Krasnopilska, Velykopysarivska, Trostyanetska, Novoslobidska, Shalyhinska, Esmanska, Seredyna-Budska, Znob-Novgorodska communities were shelled.

Details

According to the report of the Sumy JMA, the invaders fired at residents of Myropillia with mortars and MLRS. Residents of Trostianets ATC were attacked with rockets, and Esman ATC  with mortars.

In addition to mortar fire, the occupiers dropped SHOAB ballistic fragmentation bombs twice on the Seredyno-Budska community.

The enemy attacked the Yunakivska community with MLRS, mortars, artillery, and twice dropped VOG-type shells from a UAV.

The enemy launched 6 NAR missiles from a helicopter at Bilopillia, and also struck  with cannon artillery, mortars and an FPV drone.

The Russians fired at the residents of Krasnopillia with artillery, air defense missiles and mortars.

The enemy fired at Novoslobidska, Shalyhynska and Velykopysarivska communities with cannon artillery.

Artillery shelling was also recorded in Znob-Novhorod community on Monday.

No civilian casualties were reported.
