In the evening of April 12, the city of Kupyansk in Kharkiv region was again under enemy fire. This is reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, reports UNN.
Details
At about 17:30, enemy troops struck residential areas, presumably from multiple launch rocket systems. Several multi-storey buildings were damaged. Fortunately, at this stage there were no casualties.
However, in less than an hour, the situation in the city worsened: the enemy launched an air strike on the private sector. The consequences were much more severe - three residents were wounded by shrapnel and hospitalised. Another 52-year-old woman suffered a severe emotional shock and was given medical assistance on the spot.
Law enforcement agencies, under the leadership of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor's Office, have already launched an investigation into these facts as violations of the laws and customs of war. All information is being recorded for further legal assessment of the occupiers' actions.
