As stated by the police, upon arriving at the scene, they identified and detained the alleged offender, who showed clear signs of alcohol intoxication and behaved aggressively. The driver underwent a Drager breathalyzer test, which resulted in 1.08 ppm.
Protocols were drawn up against the driver under Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) and Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules resulting in an accident) of the Code of Administrative Offenses, along with a detention protocol; investigators were called to the scene to clarify all circumstances,
