Shooting and mass brawl occur in central Dnipro - police launch investigation

A conflict involving a shooting occurred in the center of Dnipro, resulting in one man being injured. Police have identified all participants and opened a criminal case.
In Dnipro, law enforcement officers have opened criminal proceedings regarding acts of hooliganism that occurred on one of the city's central streets. During a conflict between a group of citizens, one man sustained physical injuries, and shots were fired from a weapon. This was reported by the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Police, according to UNN.

According to preliminary information, a skirmish broke out between several citizens, which escalated into a conflict involving the use of weapons. Law enforcement officers and an investigative-operational group arrived at the scene.
The police noted that all participants in the incident have already been identified. Necessary investigative actions are currently being carried out with them to clarify all the circumstances of the event.
During the conflict, one of the men fired shots from a weapon. No one was injured as a result of the shooting; however, one of the participants in the fight sustained physical injuries.
An investigative-operational group from Police Department No. 4 of the Dnipro District Police Department No. 1 worked at the scene. All participants in the event have been identified, and law enforcement officers are working with them. Additionally, one of the participants fired shots from a weapon; no one was injured as a result of the shooting,
Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - hooliganism. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
