Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal discussed with British Foreign Secretary David Cameron the intensification of hostile attacks on Ukraine, the assistance Kyiv needs and the issue of confiscation of frozen Russian assets. The Prime Minister announced this in Telegram, UNN reports

 Had a conversation with British Foreign Secretary David Cameron. We discussed the escalation of Russia's attacks on civilian infrastructure and the assistance Ukraine needs. We also discussed mechanisms to make Russia pay for its crimes and destruction. In particular, the confiscation of frozen assets of the Russian Federation

The Prime Minister thanked the British Foreign Secretary for his personal involvement in the process of confiscating Russian assets. 

Officials discussed the creation of a special international group with the participation of Ukraine, which will work out the legal ways necessary for confiscation. 

According to Shmyhal, Ukraine has already submitted its proposals. An international register of losses has been created. Further, according to Shmyhal, Kyiv proposes to create an International Compensation Commission and a compensation fund. 

"Our position is unequivocal: all frozen assets of Russia should be used for the needs of our country," the Prime Minister summarized.
