SAP prosecutor completed pre-trial investigation into MP Oleksandr Kachnyi, who is suspected of illegal enrichment of over UAH 12.7 million. He acquired assets whose value exceeded his legal income.
The SAP prosecutor decided to complete the pre-trial investigation in the case against People's Deputy Oleksandr Kachny, who is suspected of illegal enrichment in the amount of over UAH 12.7 million. This was reported by the SAP press service, reports UNN.

The SAP prosecutor decided to complete the pre-trial investigation in the case against a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IX convocation. He is suspected of illegal enrichment in the amount of over UAH 12.7 million
In 2020-2021, the people's deputy acquired assets whose value exceeded his legal income by UAH 12.7 million.
These include:
- an apartment in the center of Kyiv with an area of 132.6 sq. m and a value of UAH 5.632 million;
- high-end renovation and furnishing of the said apartment in the amount of UAH 5.656 million;
- a cottage and a land plot in the resort village of Koblevo with a total value of UAH 1.694 million.
The investigation established that despite the fictitious registration of the property in the name of his acquaintance, the MP had been living in the Kyiv apartment since December 2021, personally supervised all renovation work and paid for it in cash. Qualification: Art. 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
