Russian troops carried out three attacks on Kupyansk and Kucherivka within an hour. The shelling killed one person, wounded six others, and damaged residential buildings and a police car.
On Wednesday, October 30, Russian troops attacked Kupyansk several times, killing at least seven people. This was stated by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN reports.

According to the investigation, on October 30, at about 15:20, the Russian army shelled the city of Kupiansk. Two police officers who were patrolling the city were injured.
Two men aged 51 and 58 and a 57-year-old woman were injured. A police car and private houses were damaged. Preliminary, the occupants fired from multiple rocket launchers.
Also, 20 minutes after the shelling, the Russian armed forces launched an air strike on the city. The attack damaged at least six residential buildings.
In addition, at around 16:00, Russian troops fired on Kucherivka village in Kupyansk district. A 42-year-old man was killed. Another civilian was wounded. According to preliminary data, the settlement was shelled from multiple rocket launchers.
