Russians hit Sloviansk with Grom-E1 missile - police

Russians hit a residential area of Sloviansk with a Grom-E1 missile, damaging houses and cars, but no casualties were reported.

This morning, Russian troops struck a residential area in Sloviansk, Donetsk region, with a Grom-E1 bomb. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.  This was reported on Monday by the Main Department of the National Police in Donetsk region, UNN reports . 

Details 

The enemy attack reportedly took place at around 6:50. As a result of the shelling, 2 apartment buildings, an educational institution, a bank building and six civilian cars were damaged.

Explosives experts, a police investigative team, and other specialized services are working at the site. Law enforcement officers are going around the neighboring houses to find out if there are any victims and what help is needed.

The materials collected by the police will be sent to the SBU. The legal classification of the war crime is Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).

Four men aged 36 to 86 were killed by artillery shelling of Siversk, Donetsk region, last night.
