Russian missile attack on Kharkiv claimed the lives of two people, 20 injured

Kharkiv came under another attack by the Russian Federation in the morning, with 2 dead and 20 injured reported, the city's mayor Ihor Terekhov said on social media on Wednesday, UNN writes.

Around 9 a.m., Terekhov reported a strike drone hitting a gas station in the Kyivskyi district and a fire at the scene. 

Terekhov also reported that "in the Nemyshlianskyi district, the enemy struck a residential building with a missile." "According to preliminary information, the Russian army struck a five-story residential building in the Nemyshlianskyi district," clarified the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov on social media.

Later, the mayor stated that one person was reported dead as a result of the missile strike on the residential building and over 10 were injured.

The number of dead has increased to two, the injured to 20

Update

Over the past day, Kharkiv and 12 settlements in the Kharkiv region came under enemy strikes. As a result of the shelling, two people died; 35 people were injured, including 6 children, reported Syniehubov.
