Russia attacked Ukraine with ballistic missiles, 309 out of 324 drones neutralized

Air defense forces shot down or suppressed 309 enemy drones in various regions. Missile and 13 drone hits were recorded, as well as debris falling in 10 locations.

Russia attacked Ukraine overnight with three ballistic missiles and 324 drones, 309 of which were shot down or suppressed, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Wednesday, writes UNN.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the night of April 15 (from 18:00 on April 14), the enemy attacked with three Iskander-M ballistic missiles from Rostov region - Russia, as well as 324 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and drones of other types from the directions: Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Russia, Gvardeyskoye, Chauda - TOT AR Crimea, about 250 of them - "Shaheds".
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 07:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 309 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and other types of drones in the north, south, east and center of the country. Ballistic missile hits and 13 attack UAVs were recorded at 9 locations, as well as falling downed (fragments) at 10 locations.
As of 7:15, there were several enemy UAVs in the airspace.
