The U.S. Secretary of State congratulated Russians on the holiday and reaffirmed the U.S. commitment to establishing peace between the RF and Ukraine.

As a reminder
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that Washington continues to try to bring Ukraine and Russia to the negotiating table, but currently the parties do not demonstrate readiness for the necessary compromises.
