RF intensifies lies about "forced mobilization of women in Ukraine" - CCD
Kyiv • UNN
The CCD has debunked fakes regarding the forced mobilization of women in the Kharkiv region under the threat of sanctions. The recruitment of Ukrainian women into the military remains strictly voluntary.

Russian propaganda has intensified a disinformation campaign regarding the alleged "forced mobilization of women in Ukraine." This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (CCD), as informed by UNN.
Details
Specifically, reports from enemy resources claim that cases of "forcing women into service in the AFU" are allegedly being recorded in the Kharkiv region: propagandists, citing an "anonymous resident of the Kharkiv region," are spreading false information that Ukrainian women are being forced to sign contracts with the AFU under threats of fabricated criminal cases, deprivation of social benefits, etc.
In reality, these claims are a complete fabrication. The recruitment of women for military service in Ukraine takes place exclusively on a voluntary basis. No coercive measures exist to involve women in military service. Furthermore, there are no decisions or draft laws regarding the mandatory mobilization of women in Ukraine,
They point out that with such plants, Russian propaganda is attempting to intimidate residents of frontline regions and discredit the Defense Forces of Ukraine and law enforcement agencies.
Recall
Due to a technical error in one of the Territorial Recruitment Centers, 32 women received the status of "wanted" in the "Oberih" system. The problem was resolved without imposing fines, and the accounting mechanism was changed.
