Ten Russian military personnel have been served with notices of suspicion for killing residents of the Kherson region with drones. The occupiers attacked civilians and rescuers in real-time.

Law enforcement officers have identified 10 Russian servicemen who, resorting to drone terror and real-time murder, attacked the civilian population of the Kherson region, Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko reported on social media on Tuesday, UNN writes.
Details
"Kherson is under Russian fire every day. Passers-by on the city's central street, a man walking his dogs, rescuers at the site of an attack – they all died from targeted Russian strikes," Kravchenko wrote.
Ten servicemen of the 404th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the "Dnepr" grouping of the Russian Armed Forces have been identified as involved in short-range drone strikes against civilians and civilian infrastructure on the right-bank Kherson region
According to the Prosecutor General, throughout 2025, they regularly carried out attacks from the temporarily occupied left bank of the region. "For this, they used various types of drones – from conventional ones with munition drop mechanisms to fiber-optic FPV kamikazes. The drones were equipped with high-explosive fragmentation warheads and special munitions designed for maximum human casualties," he noted.
"Through built-in video cameras, the operators saw their victims in real time. No military targets. Instead, deliberate attacks on peaceful locals, civilian cars, and residential buildings," Kravchenko pointed out.
"Separately, they 'hunted' rescuers and medics. Double strikes on State Emergency Service rescuers working at the site of a previous shelling were particularly cynical. The Russians launched similar attacks on the Kherson City Hospital and ambulances," the Prosecutor General continued.
According to him, the victims suffered severe burns, barotraumas, fractures, and shrapnel wounds. Some cases were fatal.
"At the same time, Russian terror is not limited to the crimes themselves. Videos of the murders are used in propaganda clips, presenting them as a kind of 'training' for Russian military personnel on civilian Ukrainians before applying the acquired skills on the battlefield," the Prosecutor General indicated.
According to the Prosecutor General, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 300 civilians, including three children, have died in the Kherson region due to Russian drone attacks. Nearly 3,000 civilians have been injured, including 47 children.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, all ten identified Russian servicemen have been notified of suspicion in absentia for violating the laws and customs of war
"Russia's drone terror against the Ukrainian civilian population continues to this day. Everyone responsible for them will be identified. These crimes have no statute of limitations and will not go unpunished. We continue our work," the Prosecutor General stressed.
