President Zelenskyy announced the production of 30,000 long-range drones and 3,000 cruise missiles in 2024. The resilience plan includes an increase in direct funding for brigades and the creation of a Technology Beta.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has set a goal to produce 3,000 cruise missiles and 30,000 long-range drones next year. He said this  in a speech in the Verkhovna Rada during the presentation of the "Resilience Plan," UNN reports citing MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

As the MP pointed out, the weapons were one of the points of the "Resilience Plan".

Drones compensate for the lack of artillery in the army.  Next year, Ukraine will produce at least 30 thousand long-range drones. Brigades need more of their own funds and we will increase direct funds for brigades

- quoted Zelensky as saying.

According to the head of state, this year we have fired more than 2.5 million rounds.

"We have made 'long Neptunes'. And there are already first impressions. I set a task to make 3,000 cruise missiles.  A technological bet will be created," the head of state said.

The entire plan will be available with additions only in December.
