Russian troops attacked a power facility again, which led to emergency power outages in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, but now the restrictions have been lifted and all consumers are supplied with electricity, Ukrenergo reported on Wednesday, UNN reports.
"The Russians have attacked the Ukrenergo energy facility again. Emergency blackouts were introduced in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. The restrictions have now been lifted. All consumers are supplied with electricity," the company said.
