Police aviation has reportedly been evacuating the wounded since April 2022. During this time, National Police pilots have saved more than 2,500 lives.

The Interior Ministry says that every helicopter is a transformer. Additional seats make it a passenger board, without them it is a transport board . To turn a helicopter into a medical one, it is equipped with oxygen cylinders, stretchers, and a medical module , a panel on which medical equipment is mounted.

As noted, police aviation is not only engaged in the transportation of the wounded. It also delivers doctors if there is an urgent need to operate on the spot, and blood plasma.
