"The UPA flags on the Rosomak armored personnel carriers supplied by Poland to the Ukrainian army are a provocation that should not be there. I have ordered the Ukrainian attaché in Warsaw to urgently intervene to clarify this issue," Kosyniak-Kamysh wrote in X.

During the Second World War, under German occupation, several partisan movements operated on the territory of Ukraine. These included units of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) and the Polish Home Army (AK). They fought mainly in Volyn.
