Ukrzaliznytsia reports on the restoration of stable operation of online ticket sales services after a cyber attack. There are no queues at the railway ticket offices, the company said on Saturday, writes UNN.
Ukrzaliznytsia's online ticket sales services are working stably. At night, we moved to a new platform, built protection, and are actively restoring additional functionality. The mobile application already has travel planning with transfers available again, and online boards with station-by-station train schedules will be restored one by one during the day
There are no queues at the railway ticket offices, as stated. "Everything is calm, we continue according to the schedule," UZ noted.

Recently, the systems of Ukrzaliznytsia were subjected to a large-scale cyber attack, the company reported on March 24, where they initially pointed to a technical failure in the IT system, online ticket sales for trains were suspended.
On the morning of March 27, online ticket sales for trains were resumed after a large-scale cyber attack. However, since then, users have complained about malfunctions with online services.
Ukrzaliznytsia explained this by a large number of simultaneous requests and indicated that it is working to stabilize the situation in order to restore functionality.
On March 28, due to the large load on online services of Ukrzaliznytsia after the restoration of their work after a cyber attack, failures are possible, additional ticket offices have been opened to balance demand - including in Kyiv and Lviv.
