Occupiers attacked AFU positions 38 times, concentrating forces in the Huliaipole and Pokrovsk directions. Shelling of Sumy and Chernihiv regions continues.
Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 38 times. The enemy is actively operating in the Huliaipole and Pokrovsk directions, UNN reports, citing the General Staff summary.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, the settlements of Budky, Korenok, Novovasylivka, Bachivsk, Sopych, Rohizne, Ryzhivka, Potapivka, Iskryskivshchyna, and Ulanove in the Sumy region, and Khrinivka in the Chernihiv region, were affected. The enemy launched airstrikes on the areas of Pustohorod and Tovstodubove in the Sumy region
In the Pivnichno-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, three combat engagements took place; the enemy launched one airstrike, dropped two guided aerial bombs, and carried out 38 shellings of settlements and our troops' positions, one of which involved the use of multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy assaulted the positions of our units once in the area of Starytsia.
In the Kupiansk, Sloviansk, Kramatorsk, and Prydniprovskyi directions, the enemy has not conducted active operations today.
In the Lyman direction, our defenders stopped three attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Drobysheve, Lyman, and Yampil.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out five attacks near Kostiantynivka, Toretske, and Kucheriv Yar. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have attempted 10 times to push our soldiers from their positions in the areas of Rodynske, Hryshyne, Novooleksandrivka, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, and Molodetske. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy went on the offensive four times in the areas of Oleksandrohrad and Kalynivske.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled 15 enemy attacks toward the settlements of Nove Zaporizhzhia, Dobropillia, Zaliznychne, Huliaipilske, Olenokostiantynivka, and Charivne. Four combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy conducted one offensive action in the area of Shcherbaky.
In other directions, there are currently no significant changes in the situation. No attempts by the enemy to advance have been recorded, the General Staff concluded.
