Occupiers in Luhansk intensified mobilization of men under 30 - OVA

In occupied Luhansk, Russians have intensified the mobilization of the local population into their armed forces. This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Luhansk OVA Oleksiy Kharchenko, as reported by UNN.

Details

As the official noted, the occupiers pay special attention to individuals under 30, whom they potentially intend to throw into "meat assaults."

The number of patrols in public places has been increased. The local bus station has been blocked in several places. All men - drivers, passengers, passers-by - are thoroughly checked.

The head of the OVA also added that residents of the occupied Luhansk region are dissatisfied with the Russian banking system.

In particular, over the past year, the number of such complaints almost doubled, specifically by 75.5%, compared to 2024. Most of the appeals concerned the unlawful blocking of cards. Customers are also not thrilled with the quality of service and the limited range of services.

- Kharchenko stated.

Recall

The Institute for the Study of War exposed Russia's information campaign regarding the alleged collapse of Ukrainian defense. Analysts note: the Kremlin's exaggerated claims of a complete capture of the Luhansk region are part of a broader coordinated information campaign aimed at creating a false sense of urgency to force Ukraine to cede unoccupied parts of the Donetsk region.
