There was a critical shortage of qualified personnel at the occupied ZNPP. The occupiers decided to organize short-term courses to train “nuclear specialists” in Enerhodar.
Due to the staff shortage at critical infrastructure facilities in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, Russians are forced to take extremely strange and potentially dangerous measures. This is reported by the Center for National Resistance, UNN reports.

For example, the staffing situation at the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant is difficult. Specialists from the Russian Federation are in no hurry to go to the TOT, and those who are already working are not receiving the promised bonuses for working in the war. We also failed to recruit people through social media ads.
According to the Civil Defense Center, the occupiers in Enerhodar have organized several months of courses to train "nuclear specialists". "With this approach, the ZNPP is becoming more and more like a powder keg,
