More than 14 million UAH of income: what the mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovyi declared

The mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi, stated in his declaration for 2024 that he earned more than UAH 869,000 in salary, while his wife, Kateryna Kit-Sadova, earned more than UAH 13 million. The relevant data are available in Sadovyi's electronic declaration, reports UNN.

Income and monetary assets

Working as the mayor of Lviv, Andriy Sadovyi earned UAH 869,575 in 2024. In contrast, his wife received more than UAH 13 million. PrJSC "TELE-RADI COMPANY LUX" brought her UAH 2,326,649 in salary. In addition, the same company gave her UAH 10,749,730 in dividends. She also earned more than UAH 200,000 in interest in banks. However, PrJSC "RADIO COMPANY LUX" - only UAH 96 thousand.

Sadovyi also stated that his son Yosyf received UAH 7,791 in scholarships, and his mother-in-law - UAH 48,527 in pension.

As for monetary assets, it is indicated that only the wife owns cash: $70 thousand, UAH 870 thousand.

All other family funds are in banks. In particular, mother-in-law Maria Kit has UAH 62,242 in her accounts, Andriy Sadovyi - about UAH 15,000, and his wife - more than UAH 5 million and €1145.

Real estate objects

For 11 years, the Sadovyis have owned a residential building in Lviv with an area of 660.04 sq. m, which cost them more than UAH 4.5 million. It is registered to the mayor's wife, Kateryna Kit-Sadova.

The wife also owns three land plots in Lviv, the area of which is: 702 sq. m, 43 sq. m and 301 sq. m, the price is UAH 504,534, UAH 65,063 and UAH 427,432, respectively.

Vehicles

Kateryna Kit-Sadova has two cars. In 2017, she purchased a 2017 SKODA KODIAQ for UAH 968,700, and in 2021 - a brand new 2021 MERSEDES-BENZ V300 for UAH 2,374,350.

Securities and corporate rights

All valuable assets are owned by the wife of the mayor of Lviv. Since 2006, she has owned shares in PrJSC "TELE-RADI COMPANY LUX". It is indicated that there are 17,089 of them, and the price of one share is UAH 170,890. She also owns shares in PrJSC "Radio Company Lux", namely 1750, the price of one share is UAH 1750. In addition, the declaration states that Kateryna Kit-Sadova is the ultimate beneficial owner of 15 companies. In contrast, Andriy Sadovyi has a copyright to the "Self-Help sign" from intangible assets.

In a year, the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, received more than UAH 2 million in salary, which is almost UAH 285 thousand more than last year.

The salary of the Minister of Youth and Sports, Matviy Bidny, in 2024 amounted to more than UAH 1.4 million, which is UAH 350 thousand more than in the position of deputy minister. The minister's wife has a business in Slovakia and a house in Crimea.
