Oleh Kiper announced that he has a clear plan to ensure stable communication in all settlements of Odesa region throughout the day.
The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, met with representatives of mobile operators. He reported this on his Telegram channel, UNN reports.
Despite the unprecedented situation for Ukraine, we have a clear plan to ensure stable communication in all settlements of Odesa region during the day. We have already checked all settlements and understand where the problems are. We are solving them," he wrote.
Kiper added that "invincibility points" with Internet access have been deployed, their locations can be found in Diia. In addition, additional Starlinks have been handed over to district administrations.
