According to official information, the helicopter belongs to a commercial company. The pilots were flying over an oil pipeline.
The governor of the region, Vladimir Vladimirov, said, that both pilots were not injured.
The governor said the preliminary cause of the incident was the failure of one of the engines. Emergency services are currently working at the scene.
