Lviv will have a street in honor of Irina Farion

Lviv City Council has decided to name a street in the Galician district in honor of Irina Farion. The street will run from Mateyko Street to the intersection of Ustiyanovich and Bibliotechnaya streets.
There will be Irina Farion Street in Lviv. The corresponding decision was made at the session of the Lviv City Council, reports UNN.
According to the Lviv City Council, the street is located in the Galician District of the city. It runs from Mateyko Street to the junction of Ustiyanovich and Bibliotechnaya streets.
Recall that Irina Farion was shot at on July 19. The woman died in hospital. On July 22, thousands of Ukrainians said goodbye to the linguist. She was buried at the Lychakiv Cemetery, in field No. 22. at the end of summer, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the facade of the house at 3 Masaryk Street, where Irina Farion lived.
