"For three days in a row our Hrekivka, Makiivka and Nevske have been at the epicenter of enemy attacks. There were 14 clashes over the last day. (...) Russians shelled Makiivka and Nevske 18 times with artillery, the latter three times with MLRS fire. 45 times they used UAVs. Life in these settlements has turned into a living hell. (...) Yesterday, a retired couple left Makiivka by their own transport and will now live with relatives in Kharkiv region. We also managed to evacuate a woman to Sloviansk (...)," said Artem Lysohor, head of the Luhansk RMA.
While Russian troops are unsuccessfully storming our positions, according to the RMA, "the LPR is preparing for our counteroffensive in the occupied territories: "the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LPR has been instructed to determine the overall need for defensive structures and other civil defense facilities.
"In addition, the 'Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LPR' is tasked with the creation, reconstruction and maintenance of civil defense facilities owned by the 'LPR' in a state of constant readiness for use. The relevant resolution was published by the 'government of the republic'," the RMA said.
It is also reported that the occupiers have extended restrictions on staying in the forests and vehicles entering them, allegedly to ensure a special fire regime. Fines have been introduced: for individuals from 40 to 50 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 600 thousand to a million rubles. "In reality, they hide military equipment in the forest belts, so people are not allowed to go there. As always, they hide behind the concern for civilians. It is the same with the roads, which the occupiers have destroyed with military equipment for more than two years of war, but pass off the problems with the road surface as old ones. And then they shoot propaganda videos about infrastructure repairs," the RMA noted.
"These days, Starobilsk district has been shaken by a horrific crime: two girls were found brutally raped, tortured and murdered a week apart. The murderer was a Russian soldier twice convicted of gang rape. These are the "aswabadites": torturers and murderers. For every crime committed on our land, the occupiers will be punished," the RMA said.
