Large-scale social media failure in Russia: Telegram, WhatsApp, and even Discord are down

The Telegram messenger has suffered a failure, with most complaints coming from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The problems are mainly observed in the Telegram PC app, and WhatsApp, Discord, and Steam are also down in Russia.
The Telegram messenger has crashed again. Users from Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan complain about problems with the app the most. This was reported by UNN with reference to Downdetector.

In the comments, users emphasize that the problem is with the Telegram app for PC. According to the Downdetector service , several thousand complaints about problems with the messenger have already been recorded.
Nevertheless, most of the complaints about Telegram's outages come from Russia.
In addition, users from the Russian Federation are experiencing problems with Whatsapp, Discord, and Steam. In some places, Russians even complain that they cannot access Wikipedia or certain gaming services.
