The Telegram messenger has suffered a failure, with most complaints coming from Russia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The problems are mainly observed in the Telegram PC app, and WhatsApp, Discord, and Steam are also down in Russia.

Nevertheless, most of the complaints about Telegram's outages come from Russia.
