Kuwait has completed domestic procedures for the entry into force of an agreement on cooperation with Ukraine in the military sphere. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha stated that this opens a new stage in bilateral partnership.
Kuwait has completed all domestic procedures necessary for the entry into force of the agreement on cooperation with Ukraine in the military and other spheres. This was reported by UNN with reference to the statement of the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha on Telegram.

The Foreign Minister thanked the leadership of Kuwait for its support and emphasized that the entry into force of the agreement opens a new stage of bilateral partnership.
The entry into force of this Agreement marks a new stage of Ukrainian-Kuwaiti partnership in the military-technical, defense and security spheres. It creates opportunities for the implementation of joint projects, exchange of experience and modern technologies, as well as deepening our strategic dialogue
According to the minister, this agreement is part of Ukraine's broader strategy to develop cooperation with the states of the Persian Gulf. He also emphasized that the document is a "timely response" to the ongoing Iranian air attacks against Kuwait and other countries in the region.
