Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, spoke about the destruction caused by the morning attack of the Russian Federation, UNN reports.

"As for the lyceum, which was damaged, it's good that the children are on vacation. There were technicians who went down to the bomb shelter.
Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to once again ask Odesa residents not to neglect the alarm.
As for private houses, the services are working, psychologists are helping people. The extent of the damage is still being established," he said.
Kiper added that power companies had to cut off electricity and water supply in the damaged buildings.
"In order not to aggravate the situation and to carry out all the necessary work," he said.
Today the enemy also hit a high-rise building. Kiper noted that two people are still without communication.
As you know, three people died as a result of the morning attack by Russian Federation. One of them is the mother of an employee of the Odesa Regional Military District Administration.
"I offer my sincere condolences to the families of the victims," Kiper said.
