In the Kharkiv region, Russians shelled the village of Borova, Izium district. A 19-year-old boy was killed in the attack. Another 27-year-old man was seriously wounded. He is in the hospital. According to the investigation, on March 31, at about 00:35, Russian servicemen carried out a massive shelling of the village of Borova, Izium district. A 19-year-old boy was killed. A 27-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds. He was hospitalized in a serious condition.

It is noted that the attack damaged multi-storey and private residential buildings and shops in the village.

Law enforcement officials believe that the Russians struck Borova with Uragan MLRS.

A pre-trial investigation into the shelling was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
