In Zakarpattia, a woman will stand trial for the sexual exploitation of her 13-year-old daughter

The 32-year-old woman registered herself and her daughter on a video-streaming website, where she forced the child to participate in indecent acts. She is charged with producing child pornography and violent acts of a sexual nature.
Prosecutors from the Mukachevo District Prosecutor’s Office have sent an indictment to court against a 32-year-old woman accused of sexually exploiting her own minor daughter and producing and distributing child pornography. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, UNN writes.

According to the investigation, the woman registered herself and her then-13-year-old daughter on a video-streaming website. During paid online broadcasts, she made the child undress and forced her to participate in indecent acts in front of the camera. Users of the platform transferred money to the family’s bank accounts for these broadcasts.
After the illegal activities were uncovered, social services representatives removed all the children from the family. They are currently under state care.
The woman is charged with producing, distributing and selling child pornography; violent sexual acts against a person under the age of 14; and recruiting a minor for the purpose of exploitation, committed by her mother (Part 3 of Article 301-1, Part 4 of Article 153, Part 3 of Article 149 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
At the prosecutor’s request, the accused is being held in custody without the right to bail.
