Local residents also reported explosions in the area of the enterprise. There is currently no official confirmation from the Russian authorities.
TaGAZ is a former automobile plant where passenger and commercial vehicles of various brands were previously assembled.
According to open sources, recently some of the plant's facilities have been used to produce drones for the Russian army.
