In Rivne region, divers found the body of a boy who disappeared in early April

Divers recovered the child's body from the Horyn River one kilometer from the disappearance site. More than 60 people and underwater drones were involved in the large-scale search.

The body of a boy who disappeared in the village of Kolky in early April has been found in Rivne region; divers brought him to the surface, UNN reports with reference to the State Emergency Service.

The boy was found 1 kilometer from the place of his disappearance.
More than 60 rescuers from the State Emergency Service, police officers, volunteers, and a canine service were involved in the search operation, which lasted for ten days.
Approximately 224 hectares of territory and the Horyn River's water area, including the coastline, coastal zones, and the bottom of the reservoir, were surveyed. Special equipment and boats were used.
Underwater drones, echo sounders, and UAVs were used to survey the bottom and hard-to-reach areas.
Law enforcement officers are currently working at the scene to establish all the circumstances of the tragedy.
Recall
On April 5, at about 3 p.m., two boys from the village of Kolky, aged 2 and 4, went cycling and did not return. The younger one, Vladyslav, was found in a body of water the same day.
