Yesterday, December 12, a video was posted on social media in which a man in military uniform threatened a priest for allegedly not showing up at the TCC. According to the Lviv Regional Center, it was a civilian in military uniform, UNN reports .

According to the Lviv Regional TCC and JV , on December 12, a video was circulated on social media showing a man in military uniform talking disrespectfully to a priest and accusing him of not showing up at the military commissariat.
"During the implementation of a planned notification to clarify the military registration data of persons liable for military service, a civilian in military uniform who has a personal dislike for the clergyman interfered with the work of the TCC and JV," the TCC reported.
The CCC emphasized that the actions of the military were lawful, the summons was issued in advance. The priest, who is liable for military service, was summoned to the CCC to clarify his military registration data.
In turn, the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, said that the man in military uniform who confronted the priest in the video in Stryi district is the father of the Vyshyvany brothers, who died in the current Russian-Ukrainian war 10 days apart.
"The younger, Vasyl, died on March 4, 2022, in the battles in the Mykolaiv region. The soldier was 28 years old. He served in the 80th Brigade. The elder, 34-year-old Major Kyrylo Vyshyvanyi, died ten days later as a result of a cruise missile strike on the Yavoriv training ground," Kozytskyi said.
