An entrepreneur in Kyiv illegally built a restaurant complex on the shore of Lake Telbi. He is suspected of illegally occupying land and forging documents to acquire ownership.
In Kyiv, an entrepreneur will be tried for unauthorized construction and illegal acquisition of a restaurant complex on the shore of Lake Telbin.
This is reported by UNN with reference to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office.
The prosecutor's office has sent to court a criminal proceeding against the director of a private company. He is suspected of unauthorized construction of a restaurant complex on an unauthorized land plot in the coastal protection zone of Lake Telbyn.
In general, the man is charged with unauthorized occupation of a land plot, abuse of power, money laundering, and forgery of documents.
The investigation established that the entrepreneur, without a decision of executive authorities or local self-government bodies on the transfer of land into ownership or use, arbitrarily occupied parts of three land plots in the Dnipro district of the capital.
Also, on these plots, the man erected buildings without any permits, which he leased to other entrepreneurs.
It should be noted that these land plots with an area of 0.1535 hectares are in the communal ownership of the territorial community of the city of Kyiv
It was also established by the investigators that the accused, in order to acquire ownership of these real estate objects, used forged documents.
Together with the indictment, prosecutors sent a civil lawsuit to the court for compensation for damage caused to the territorial community of the city of Kyiv.
