According to law enforcement officers, the incident occurred on the evening of March 29 in one of the courtyards of the Holosiivskyi district of the capital.
A conflict arose between the veteran and a company of vacationing citizens, during which the man was inflicted with bodily injuries. The investigative team of the police department went to the scene and identified all participants in the conflict.
At the same time, user Mariana Chikalo told details of the incident on the social network.
"Today, I, a volunteer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, my friend, a defender after a serious wound, and his wife were almost beaten to death for comments about Russian music in a public place. Kyiv," wrote Chikalo.
