HACCU approves nationalization of VinnytsiaPobutkhim plant

The High Anti-Corruption Court upheld a lawsuit to recover the VinnytsiaBudkhim plant for the state. The plant belonged to the sanctioned Russian company Nevskaya Kosmetika, which produces cosmetics and household chemicals.
On July 24, the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld a lawsuit to recover the VinnytsiaBudkhim plant, which belongs to the sanctioned Russian JSC Nevskaya Cosmetics, for state revenue. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Justice.
Details
The decision of the HACCU resulted in the recovery of 100% of the shares of Ukrainian PrJSC "VinnytsiaPobutkhim", which produces cosmetics and household chemicals in Ukraine, for the state's benefit
It is noted that Nevskaya Cosmetics is a manufacturer of children's cosmetics and household chemicals "Eared Nanny", gels and powders Sarma, household chemicals "Mr. Chister", toothpaste "New Pearl".
