General Staff updates map: a quarter of battles occurred in three directions, most in the Kostiantynivka area

Over the past day, 268 combat engagements took place on the front line. The enemy was most active in the Kostiantynivka, Sloviansk, and Pokrovsk directions.
More than a quarter of the 268 battles on the front over the past day took place in three directions - the enemy was most active on the Kostiantynivka direction, where there were 27 attacks, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in its morning update on July 4, showing a map of hostilities, UNN writes.
In total, 268 combat engagements were recorded over the past day
Yesterday, the enemy launched one missile strike, using one missile, carried out 93 air strikes, dropping 273 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 10,106 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,087 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops, including 38 from multiple launch rocket systems.
Over the past day, aviation, missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces struck three command posts, nine areas of concentration of personnel, six artillery systems, and five enemy UAV control points.
Situation by directions
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, six combat engagements with the enemy took place over the past day; the aggressor carried out 74 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas, including four using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 17 times in the area of Vovchansk, Khatnie, Lyman, Starytsia, Artilne, and towards the settlements of Izbystske, Bochkove.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked five times, towards Kupiansk, Novoosynove, and in the areas of Kolisnykivka and Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to break into our defense 15 times, attacking towards the settlements of Druzheliubivka, Novoselivka, Lyman, Shiikivka, Stavky, Drobysheve, Dibrova, and in the area of Ozerne.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy stormed 26 times, towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and in the area of Riznykivka and Zakitne.
On the Kramatorsk direction, one combat engagement occurred in the area of Malynivka.
On the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 27 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Dovha Balka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Stepanivka.
On the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 22 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Nikanorivka, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Rodynske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Muravka and towards the settlements of Myrne, Novopavlivka, Ivanivka, Shevchenko, Serhiivka.
On the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked once in the area of the settlement of Berezove.
On the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers carried out 18 attacks in the area of Dobropillia and towards the settlements of Tsvitkove, Rizdvianka, Vozdvyzhivka and Charivne.
On the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped one attempt by the enemy to advance towards Pavlivka.
On the Dnipro direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions over the past day.
On the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
