Ukrainian law enforcement officers reported suspicion to the commander of Long-Range Aviation of the air force of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian armed forces, on whose orders the Russian army launched missile strikes on the capital on June 26, 2022. According to the procedural leadership of the Kiev City Prosecutor's office, suspicion was reported to the commander of Long-Range Aviation of the air force of the Aerospace Forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
According to the investigation, by order of the lieutenant general, on June 26, 2022, the enemy launched missile strikes on the civilian population of Kiev. Strategic Air-launched cruise missiles X-101 hit the apartment building of the residential complex "Lviv quarter". As a result of the shelling, a man was killed and three other people were injured, including a 7-year-old girl. A significant number of apartments and non-residential premises were completely destroyed and damaged, and parked cars were destroyed and damaged.
