Kyiv • UNN
2,000 civil servants and representatives of local governments will take free English courses up to B1 level under the Future Perfect program to improve their ability to communicate with international partners and represent Ukraine abroad.
English courses for 2 thousand civil servants and local government representatives will be launched as part of the Future Perfect program with the support of the USAID GOVERLA project. This is reported by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, UNN reports.
"2,000 civil servants will take free English courses as part of the educational program. In order to share experience and knowledge with international partners and confidently represent Ukraine abroad, it is necessary to have a good command of English. That is why the Future Perfect program, with the support of the USAID GOVERLA project, is launching English courses for civil servants and local government representatives," the statement said.
It is noted that the courses include: free training from teachers from around the world; practice communicating in international groups; instant feedback to track your progress; and a certificate of successful completion of the program.
"The educational project is being developed in line with European language education guidelines, and we plan to have the courses certified by the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service. The course provides for all participants to reach the B1 level," the ministry added.
The training will last from May 20 to August 11. Applications must be submitted by April 30.
