Commenting on the use of frozen Russian assets, Macron said that they do not have the right to use them, but these funds can be used for future reconstruction within the framework of a peace agreement.
"The question will arise over time," he said.
"... whether to include these assets in a fund to resolve the conflict caused by Russia - this great destruction for Ukraine," the French leader continued.
"And it is quite clear that this should contribute to her reconstruction efforts, which will be part of the discussions after the peace agreements on this issue," Macron said.
